I have to believe that 2009 will be better than 2008.
I hope everyone has a happy, safe and prosperous new year. I think good things are going to happen for me this year.... because i'm almost at a point where there is nowhere else to go but up.
What are your hopes for the new year? Any goals or resolutions?

I think the only goals so far for myself are to get back into a more intensive workout once again.
