The Other Shoe Drops in Alexander Litvinenko Case

Britian is expelling 4 Russian Diplomats in response to Russia's refusal to extradite Andrei Lugovoi, a former KGB agent who was one of the last people to see Litvinenko and is considered the chief suspect in his death.

I had expected the expelling of diplomats. But I am surprised that it did not happen sooner.

The Russians will likely do the same. However, Britain is also considering other sanctions.

The dispute could eventually lead to economic and travel sanctions on both sides.
