Despite receiving low marks for meeting the goals for taking over its own security, the Iraqi Parliament apparently plans to take the month of August off. Yep… while U.S. Soldiers sweat, bleed, and die…in August, desperately trying to buy time for the Iraqi’s to “stand up”, the Iraqi Parliament will be on vacation instead… wasting valuable time.

Fewer Iraqi Troops Able to Stand Up and Fight on Their Own
The number of Iraqi Army units able to operate independently recently fell from 10 Battalions down to 6.... a 40% drop, when the number of such troops should actually be on the increase. Hear Audio Report.
