It looks that way to me...
This was just one of many lies spewed by Palin at the VP debate... so many that I didn't bother counting. Whenever she opened her mouth, she was probably telling a lie.

I do not, and never will, understand why politicians are allowed to lie, not only while campaigning, but in office as well, and 9 times out of 10 are never called out on it. The times that they are, it seems to be only when it concerns personal matters of the politician (i.e. not admitting to having an extramarital affair).
I feel like its the duty of the media (particularly the mainstream media) to hold all of these candidates to a higher standard, and stop letting things like this go unreported, or only as an anecdote.
