Why Is There No Accountability For The Iraq War?

The On Point radio program offers a great discussion about the lack of accountability for the War in Iraq.

An Israeli Commission has made Prime Minister Olmert accountable for the mistakes and failures surrounding the stalemated war against Hezbollah, but why is there no such accountability for top leaders in the U.S.? In order to understand why, the panel explains the cultural differences between the two countries.

Also... former Assistant to Colin Powell, Lawrence Wilkerson, basically says that Powell felt that he was lied to by others in the Bush administration and that Powell also felt like he had to constantly clean up the foreign policy mess left by the neo-cons.
