I believe that it is. I don't care about professional scandals. I just don't want any PERSONAL scandals for The President. Yes, him not having any and this First Family not having any, will help 'our' image- for ourselves, if for nobody else.

In a a word: YES.

And that's not to say that I didn't appreciate the positive images of Black life projected by the Cosby show and shared with the world.

It's just so much Nicer to see when it's Authentically lived and displayed.

I'm with "rikyrah," even if he doesn't do the best job as President, and loses re-election in 2012, just please don't screw up in your personal life. I don't want ny Monica Lewinsky-type scandals in THIS White House. That would just be too disappointing on a personal level to me.
