Former Sen. John Edwards picked up 2 major Union endorsements today, just as the campaign season officially begins. I have predicted for months that Edwards would do well in the Iowa Caucus and could possibly win the contest. He has been at or near the top in Iowa since early 2007, according to polling (a fact overlooked by big corporate media....due to the media's fixation with Obama and Clinton). An Edwards win in Iowa could change the entire contest.... likely propelling Edwards to front-runner status.
The time for the vanity candidates is finally coming to an end (I hope). Now it's time to get down to the real business of choosing a candidate who has what it takes to win a General Election.
