Big 3 Entitlement Spending per year: $1,000,000,000,000 with projections to DOUBLE in the next 10 years
Iraq War Spending per year: About $130 billion.
Why oh why do they target IRAQ but not the other pile of money that is already being spent?
Why is it that when evil Bush gave about $8 billion per years to the seniors in a drug benefit it was called a "pay off to the evil drug companies". Why isn't SCHIP seen as a "payoff to the HEALTH CARE INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX" if they are to be consistent?
If they were going to be consistent - why don't they note that good guy Clinton's "SCHIP program" ALSO left out these people who made too much for Medicaid but who struggle for private insurance?
Why can't we note that while many of the same parents who say that it is cruel for a society NOT TO prioritize health care...also are parents who have cable television at $70 per month and a cellphone at $100 per month BUT NO INSURANCE for their kids? They want the GOD-VERMIT to express the value of their kids more than they do.
"The two parties have combined against us to nullify our power by a ‘gentleman's agreement' of non-recognition, no matter how we vote ... May God write us down as asses if ever again we are found putting our trust in either the Republican or the Democratic Parties." -- W.E.B. DuBois (1922)
