I heard about the vote yesterday.

The dems didn't put up much of a fight... perhaps feeling that they have bigger fish to fry. But sometimes someone has to stand up and fight for principle.

Hopefully he won't end up being a Supreme Court pick one day. If a Republican is chosen to be the next figurehead President of this country... we could see Southwick's name pop up again. I could see Giuliani or Romney choosing him.
