This is my favorite election map. Click on each State and you get detailed info about polling in that State.
The Dave Leip site works best for Presidential races. I used it in 2004, and used some of the information from the 2000 (so-called) election, and the analysis from this site was as accurate as can be. Be sure to use it for 2008.
