No doubt about this! The SubPrime Mortgage crisis is about taking advantage of good folks who thought that they couldn't afford a piece of the American dream. Therefore if a mortgage lender cold calls one of these folks and promises the moon, they see their dreams and not all of the problems in the language of the mortgage loan.
