Bush Congratulates Obama

I'm posting it because I thought it was the best Bush has done in quite awhile. It was gracious.

Not exactly sure how "gracious" Bush's speech was, considering it (1) was obviously prepared and (2) was essentially congratulating a guy who lapooned him for years.

Oh, to be a fly on the wall when the Bushes and the Obamas meet up.
