Punishing Penn State; 408 Wins: Eddie Robinson Now the #1 College Coach
Today’s NCAA punishment of Penn State University by the NCAA is startling for a variety of reasons. First, the NCAA avoided complying with its own byzantine and laborious rule-making process.
